Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 bar chocolate (block chocolate)
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 pack cake icing (chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs and sugar until foamy, then add the nuts, flour and baking powder and stir for another 3 minutes.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the butter and block chocolate, add to the batter and stir in. Spread the batter on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
  4. After cooling, brush with chocolate glaze and let cool down again completely. Then cut the cake into small squares. Store the cookies in a tin or Tupperware box.
  5. A little tip: also taste very good with nut glaze!
