Chocolate Cookies with Coffee Glaze

- Leave the oil at room temperature until softened. Melt the chocolate and cool. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl, beat the butter into a lush cream. While whisking, add sugar, melted chocolate, vanilla, egg, and coffee powder.
- Gradually introduce flour into the dough. To stir thoroughly.
- Roll the dough into a ball, flatten it, divide into 8 equal parts. Roll each piece into a strip 45 cm long. Cut each strip into 6 pieces.
- Place the pieces on a baking sheet at a distance of 5 cm from each other. Using the prongs of a fork, mark a pattern along with the blocks.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from a baking sheet, cool on a wire shelf.
- Heat the cream in the microwave (15 seconds at maximum power). Add coffee, stir until dissolved. Stir all the time, add powdered sugar.
- Dip each edge of the biscuits in the icing and place them on a wire rack.
