Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 180 g suar
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 5 cups corn flakes
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 125 g raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. One after the other, stir in the eggs and the flour mixed with baking powder. Mix in the corn flakes, chocolate sprinkles and raisins.
  2. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls (preferably with a spoon) and place them next to each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
