- 100 g flour
- 75 g oat flakes, tender
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 100 g butter, soft
- 100 g chocolate, chopped

- Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the oatmeal, vanilla sugar, salt and sugar. Spread the softened butter in flakes on top. First work with a knife, then with your fingers to make crumbles. Finally mix in the chocolate chips.
- Using a tablespoon, place small heaps of the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Gently squeeze something with your fingers.
