Chocolate Cupcakes with Glaze

Chocolate-coated chocolate cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Coated Cupcakes Flour – 0.25 cups
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Bitter chocolate – 45 g
  • Sugar – 0.25 cups
  • Eggs – 1 pcs.
  • Milk – 3 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder – 3 tablespoon
  • Baking powder – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Soda – 1/8 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/8 teaspoon
  • Vanilla essence – 1-2 drops
    *

For the chocolate glaze:

  • Chocolate – 85 g
  • Butter – 200 g
  • Liquid honey – 0.25 cups
  • Powdered sugar – 1/3 cup
  • Cocoa powder – 0.25 cups
  • Salt – on the tip of a knife
  • Vanilla essence – 1-2 drops

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Place paper tabs in 4 muffin molds. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Separately combine 100 g butter, chopped chocolate, and cocoa powder. Microwave for 1 minute at 50% power to melt butter and chocolate. Cool slightly.
  3. Beat sugar with the egg. Add milk and vanilla, beat again. Whisk in the chocolate mixture. Add flour mixture in two steps. Continue stirring until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into tins. Bake for 20 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes. Remove the muffins from the molds, refrigerate for another 1 hour.
  5. Prepare the chocolate coating. To do this, break the chocolate into small pieces. Melt in the microwave at 50% power for 2-4 minutes. Refrigerate.
  6. Mix butter, icing sugar, cocoa, and salt. Add honey and vanilla. Mix. Add liquid chocolate, stir until smooth. For each cupcake, put 3-4 tbsp of chocolate glaze. The chocolate cupcakes are ready.Bon Appetit!
