Chocolate Fondant (Fondant au Chocolat)

Amazing muffin with melting chocolate filling. French cuisine recipe.

Ingredients

  • Black chocolate – 150 g
  • Butter – 150 g
  • Granulated sugar – 1 glass
  • Eggs, lightly beaten – 3 pcs.
  • Egg yolks – 3 pcs.
  • Sifted flour – 1 glass

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees. Lubricate the portion molds (I have 8 ceramic molds, 100 ml each) with oil and put them on a baking sheet.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Remove from heat, add sugar and stir.
  3. After that, add beaten eggs and yolks to the chocolate mass, mix and add the sifted flour at the end.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly and pour into molds, not filling them to the top, but about 2/3 or 3/4 of the volume.
  5. Put in the oven for 10 minutes, no longer, otherwise you will not get a liquid middle.
  6. The chocolate fondant is ready. Enjoy your meal!
