Chocolate Fondant (Fondant au Chocolat)

- Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees. Lubricate the portion molds (I have 8 ceramic molds, 100 ml each) with oil and put them on a baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Remove from heat, add sugar and stir.
- After that, add beaten eggs and yolks to the chocolate mass, mix and add the sifted flour at the end.
- Mix everything thoroughly and pour into molds, not filling them to the top, but about 2/3 or 3/4 of the volume.
- Put in the oven for 10 minutes, no longer, otherwise you will not get a liquid middle.
- The chocolate fondant is ready. Enjoy your meal!
