  • Butter – 120 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Powdered sugar – 120 g
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 0.5 pack
  • Fresh mint (for decoration) – 6 branches

  1. Combine chocolate with butter.

  2. Melt in a water bath.
  3. Add vanilla sugar and one tablespoon sifted cocoa powder.
  4. Beat the yolks with icing sugar.
  5. Beat whites with sugar.

  6. Add whipped yolks to the melted chocolate, mix.
  7. Then gradually introduce the proteins, stirring with a whisk.
  8. The chocolate fondant dough is ready.
  9. Grease the molds with butter, sprinkle with cocoa.
  10. Fill them 2/3 full with dough.

  11. Place the molds in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes, until the first crack appears on the surface of the chocolate dessert.
  12. Let the finished chocolate fondant rest for a few minutes in shape and then take it out. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh mint!
