Chocolate fondant is a recipe for a delicate chocolate dessert that is prepared very quickly. A real find for those with a sweet tooth. =)
Ingredients
Black chocolate – 100 g
Butter – 30 g
Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
Flour – 2 tbsp
Cocoa – 2 teaspoon
Powdered sugar – 50 g
Baking powder – 5 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Directions
Melt the butter.
To it we add a broken bar of chocolate, heat everything together, stirring it, and reduce the heat so that the chocolate does not burn.
Beat eggs with powdered sugar until frothy. Add flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa (the dough should be thicker than sour cream).
Mix the resulting dough with the chocolate mass.
Grease the molds with butter, sprinkle with cocoa, and pour the dough onto 2/3 of the mold, as the dough rises. Ideally, small silicone or ceramic rectangular muffins are needed, but since I don’t have any, I used regular aluminum muffin muffins.
We bake the chocolate fondant for 7 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C. In 7 minutes, you will get a fairly liquid middle, if you overdo it will look like a cupcake.
Place the fondant on a plate. Decorate the chocolate fondant with ice cream, powdered sugar, or fresh berries if desired.
