Chocolate Glaze

A very successful recipe for a chocolate coating that never spreads.

Ingredients

  • Cocoa – 4 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 12 tablespoon
  • Milk – 8 tablespoon
  • Butter – 50 g

Directions:

  1.  For the preparation of chocolate glaze from cocoa and milk, we prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Add milk. We send it to the fire to dissolve the sugar, bring it to a boil.
  3. After boiling, remove from heat, let cool slightly and add butter. Leave the chocolate to thicken for at least 40 minutes.
  4. The chocolate glaze is ready.
