Ingredients

  • 180 g butter
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 180 g chocolate, very dark
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 6 egg whites
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 1 pack pudding powder, cappuccino flavor
  • 70 grams flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 2 apples
  • 150 g couverture, white

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, sugar and chocolate in a hot water bath.
