- 50 g dark chocolate
- 200 g flour
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 150 g mararine
- 50 g hazelnuts, rated
- 1 egg (s)
- 100 g suar, finer
- 1 egg white
- 40 hazelnuts, whole

- For approx. 40 pieces:
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and chop finely in the blitz. Put in a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, margarine, ground hazelnuts, egg and sugar. First knead everything with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then with your hands to form a smooth dough. Let rest for 1 hour in a cool place.
- Then shape 40 small balls out of the dough and press them flat with your thumb. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with slightly beaten egg white and press a whole hazelnut in the middle. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. (E-stove 180 ° C, convection 160 ° C, gas level 2 - 3) Let cool on a wire rack.
