Chocolate Jelly

The most delicate chocolate jelly, which will undoubtedly win your hearts, we will prepare with our own hands. So, dedicated to all lovers of chocolate and everything connected with it!

Servings: 10-12

Ingredients

  • Milk – 500 Grams
  • Bitter black chocolate – 100-150 grams
  • Gelatin – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Vanillin – 1 Gram
  • Sugar – To taste
  • Fresh mint – To taste (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the package. First, soak it in a little water and let it swell for a few minutes.
  2. Pour milk into a saucepan and heat it, but do not boil it. Add chocolate, vanillin and sugar and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. In the meantime, dissolve gelatin in a water bath and pour milk and chocolate into the mixture, mix well, let cool slightly.
  3. Now we just have to pour the mass into forms and wait until it solidifies completely.
  4. Remove the finished jelly from the molds and decorate with mint leaves.
