  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 500 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Drain the mandarins in a colander. Separate the waffle bases from the chocolate kisses, put the waffle bases aside.
  2. Mix the chocolate kisses with the quark in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Add the mandarins and mix carefully.
  3. Put the cream in a large serving bowl or in portion bowls and garnish with the waffle bases.
