Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, milk and sugar together. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add to the quark. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold in. Cut the kiwis into small pieces and fold into the mass.
  2. Decorate the quark dish with kiwi and sprinkles.
  3. The enzymes found in fresh kiwi fruit make dairy products bitter. Therefore, consume the dessert immediately after preparation or add the kiwi just before consumption.
  4. The dessert also goes with other types of chocolate and fruit. If you like, you can add a splash of lemon.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
