- 3 tablespoon, leveled cocoa powder
- sugar
- cinnamon
- cardamom
- 0.5 ½ cup cream

- Heat the milk and water. Dissolve the coffee powder and cocoa in it (if necessary, lather up a little with a magic wand) Season to taste with sugar, cinnamon and cardamom.
- Divide between four latte machiato glasses. Whip the cream until stiff and distribute it between the glasses. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
