Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 80 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 60 g chocolate, white
  • 60 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 60 g dark chocolate
  • 20 g flaked almonds
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Mix the marzipan mixture, butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Gradually add the eggs, stir until smooth. Then add flour, salt and baking powder. Chop the chocolate into pieces of your choice and fold into the dough.
  2. Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Pour in the dough and bake at 160 ° C (convection) for about 35 - 55 minutes.
