Ingredients
Wheat flour – 70 g
Cocoa powder – 15 g
Sugar – 60 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Milk – 40 g
Refined sunflower oil – 30 g
Baking powder for dough – 2 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Directions
Sift the flour into a bowl along with the baking powder. Pour cocoa powder into the sifted flour (I won’t get tired of repeating, always use high-quality cocoa!), Sugar and salt. Stir dry ingredients with a spoon or whisk.
Use a whisk to quickly knead into a homogeneous dough similar in consistency and color to melted chocolate. Divide the chocolate dough into cups, no more than half the size of each cup. The volume of the cup I use is 230 ml. Place the cups in the microwave. Cook chocolate muffins for 3 minutes on 800 watts.
Chocolate muffins rise strongly during baking and do not fall off. Let the chocolate muffins cool. By the way, these chocolate muffins are also good warm.
Serve chocolate muffins in cups. If desired, cupcakes can be poured with condensed milk, so they will be more juicy!
