Chocolate Muffins Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate – 100 g
  • White chocolate – 50 g
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Flour – 3 tbsp (80-90 g)
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • For glaze:
  • Dark chocolate – 70 g
  • Butter – 15 g
  • Cream (optional) – 1 tbsp
  • For decoration:
  • White chocolate – 20 g

Chocolate Muffins Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate pieces with butter in a water bath or in the microwave on low power.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar, add flour and baking powder and beat again. Add chocolate, beat until dough is completely homogeneous.
  3. Break the white chocolate into pieces. Divide it into molds and pour chocolate dough to half of the molds. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. The baking time depends on the size of your tins.

  4. For the icing, reheat the butter and chocolate. If the mixture is very thick, you can add 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of cream.
  5. Pour the chocolate icing over the muffins. For a pattern, drop a little melted white chocolate in the middle and stretch the drop from the middle to the edge with a thin stick (match). Or get creative and paint a different pattern with white chocolate. Let the muffins cool.
  6. Ready-made chocolate muffins. Bon Appetit!
