Ingredients

  • 150 grams flour
  • 75 ml oil
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack pudding powder, chocolate
  • 100 g chocolate, dark, chopped
  • 6 tablespoon yogurt
  • 5 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • Candy (s), (caramel)

Instructions

  1. Briefly whip the oil with the egg. Add the yoghurt and cream and continue to beat briefly.
  2. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate flakes, custard powder and vanilla sugar together well.
  3. Now slowly add the flour mixture to the oil mixture and stir vigorously, do not beat again.
  4. Now pour the mixture into muffin molds, fill them 2/3 full
  5. Now put the caramel on top.
  6. (I take the Muh caramels and cut them in half, so I don`t give an exact number of grams for them)
  7. Now put a little mass on top again, but only so that the caramel is just covered.
  8. Bake muffins at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
