  • Cherry – 200 Grams
  • Powdered sugar – 1 Teaspoon

Chocolate Muffins with Cherries Instructions

  1. Let’s prepare the ingredients.
  2. Beat eggs with a mixer with sugar and salt.
  3. Add sunflower oil and vanilla tincture. We continue to beat until foamy.
  4. Pour a glass of flour.
  5. Add cocoa powder and soda quenched with vinegar, mix everything. Add the remaining flour in portions and mix. The dough should be fluid, but not runny.

  6. Put the chocolate dough into the molds halfway. Immerse the pitted cherries in the dough. We send the muffins to the preheated oven. We bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool the finished muffins and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
