Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • some extra sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil (e.g. rapeseed or sunflower oil)
  • 10 tablespoon milk
  • 3 tablespoon nuts, ground
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Take two small bowls and mix the flour with the sugar, the oil, the egg and the milk in one of them. Then fill half of the batter into the second bowl. Now add the cocoa and a little extra sugar to the mixture in the first bowl. The ground nuts, vanilla sugar and some vanilla extract land in bowl two.
  2. Now you fill the two doughs alternately in a cup and place it in the microwave at about 800 W for 2 - 3 minutes. The cooking time can vary depending on the wattage and microwave, you have to experiment a little here. Do not despair if the first attempt fails. To be on the safe side, set the time briefly and feel your way higher and higher.
  3. You can tell whether the cake is ready when you scratch the top layer with the spoon. A slightly damp surface is normal! Underneath, however, is a wonderfully fluffy cake!
