Chocolate Oatmeal with Banana

On weekends, you don’t always want to spend time in the kitchen, especially when preparing breakfast. I would like to enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast. Here’s how to make chocolate banana oatmeal.

Ingredients

  • Bananas – 3-4 Pieces
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Cocoa – 0.5 Cups
  • Brown Sugar – 1/3 Cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Soda – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoons
  • Milk – 2 Glasses
  • Oatmeal – 2.5 Cups

Directions

  1. Peel bananas and mash them to make 1.5 cups.
  2. Mix banana puree, egg, sugar, cocoa, vanilla extract, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
  3. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Pour in milk and stir again.
  5. Finally add the oatmeal and stir well
  6. Grease a baking dish with oil and pour the mixture into it, cut the remaining banana into slices and place on top.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  8. Store the finished dish in the refrigerator, and serve with milk.
