Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 400 g flour
  • 110 g cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • 130 g suar
  • 130 g suar, brown
  • 130 g butter
  • 60 g peanut butter
  • 2 points vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)

For the filling:

  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 180 g powdered suar
  • 100 g suar, for drapin

Instructions

  1. Dough preparation:
  2. Beat the butter, sugar, peanut butter and eggs until frothy. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and cocoa and stir until smooth. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.
  3. Preparation-filling:
  4. Mix the peanut butter with the powdered sugar. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  5. Take a 1 tablespoon piece from the dough and shape it flat with your hands. Place a ball of filling in the middle and put a second piece of dough flat on top. Press in the edges and roll the biscuit in sugar.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten the biscuits with a glass. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 7-9 minutes.
