Instructions

  1. Prepare a shortcrust pastry with butter, flour, salt, almonds and 4 tablespoons of water and leave to rest in a cool place for half an hour. Then roll out and place in a greased cake or tart pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cover with peeled pear halves or quarters and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
  2. Now melt 50 g butter with chocolate. When the tart is pre-baked, you take it out of the oven, stir the egg with the sugar until frothy, and carefully add the melted chocolate. Then stir in the water and flour (ideally sieve). This mass is given over the pears. The tart will now be baked for 15 minutes.
  3. You can use the chocolate you like best for the tart. If it is very sweet, you can also add less sugar to the chocolate mass.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
