Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 75 g chocolate, leftovers, e.. chocolate Santa Clauses etc.
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon, leveled cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat 400 ml milk, melt the chocolate in it and stir in the cocoa.
  2. Mix starch with sugar and mix with the retained milk. First take a little milk, when everything is stirred until smooth, add the rest and stir in.
  3. Stir the starch mixture into the boiling chocolate milk, bring to the boil briefly and fill into portion bowls.
  4. Tastes warm or cold.
