• 0.5 liter ½ milk
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 2 drops bitter almond flavor
• 2 piece (s) dark chocolate
• 1 pack pudding powder (chocolate)

Instructions

1. Mix the custard powder with a little cold milk and the sugar until smooth. Add the bitter almond oil.
2. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil together with the chocolate and stir in the pudding mixture with a whisk. Bring to the boil again briefly and transfer to heat-resistant containers. Tastes warm and cold.
