A simple recipe for a delicious dessert is chocolate pudding with agar agar. Such a chocolate dessert is prepared very simply and is guaranteed to freeze even without a refrigerator. This chocolate pudding tastes like aerated chocolate – it is just as airy and delicate.

Ingredients
Milk chocolate – 80 g
Milk – 120 ml
Fat cream – 50 ml
Yolks – 2 pcs.
Sugar – 50 g
Agar – Agar – 3 g
Salt- 1 pinch
Directions
Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan or saucepan. Add sugar and salt, add milk, add yolks. Whisk the combined ingredients until smooth.
Place the milk mixture over medium heat and bring to a boil while stirring continuously with a whisk. Add agar agar and mix again. Let the mixture simmer for about a minute.
Break the chocolate into pieces and transfer to a blender bowl. Add the hot milk mixture to the chocolate. Whisk the chocolate pieces and milk mixture until smooth – the chocolate will melt quickly at the temperature of the milk mixture.
Pour the resulting chocolate mixture into glasses. Leave the chocolate pudding at room temperature for 1 hour. The agar pudding is ready when it has completely cooled down and has a firm consistency.
