Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pack pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoon Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Mix 6 tablespoons of milk, sugar and custard powder until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Remove the pot from the oven. Stir in the pudding powder. Put back on the stove and bring to the boil while stirring. Let simmer for about 1 minute.
  2. Roughly chop 50 g chocolate and melt in the pudding. Place a piece of cling film directly on top of the pudding. Chill the chocolate pudding for about 1 hour.
  3. Beat the pudding until smooth. Finely chop 50 g chocolate and fold into the pudding, except for 2 tablespoons. Divide the pudding into 4 glasses. Whip the cream until stiff and stir in the Baileys. Pour the cream on the pudding. Garnish with the rest of the chocolate and serve.
