Ingredients

  • 1 pck. Custard powder, (chocolate flavor)
  • 450 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • possibly grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding powder with a little cold milk and the sugar according to the instructions. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and stir in the mixed powder. Boil. Let the pudding cool down and in the meantime whip the cream with the icing sugar until stiff. Fold into the pudding. If you like, you can also fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Arrange in a bowl or in small bowls. Garnish as desired.
