Ingredients
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g chocolate, chopped
- Milk, a little (if the batter is too firm)
- 1 egg (s), including the yolk (for brushing)

- Mix all baking ingredients together, fold in the chocolate. Shape 8 rolls with 2 tablespoons, brush with egg yolk and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
