Chocolate Quark Rolls

Ingredients

• 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
• 3 tablespoon butter
• 3 tablespoon sugar
• 2 egg (s)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 250 g flour
• 1 packet baking powder
• 100 g chocolate, chopped
• Milk, a little (if the batter is too firm)
• 1 egg (s), including the yolk (for brushing)

Instructions

1. Mix all baking ingredients together, fold in the chocolate. Shape 8 rolls with 2 tablespoons, brush with egg yolk and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
