Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 0.5 ½ cup cocoa or nuts, ground or desiccated coconut
  • 0.25 ¼ cup oil
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 cup red wine or milk or orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together and then simply add all wet ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour the relatively liquid mass into a silicone cake pan and then bake for about 7 minutes in the microwave at 600 watts.
  2. After the 7 minutes, let the cake stand in the mold for at least another 5 minutes, after which it is ready and can be turned over.
  3. You can also replace the red wine with milk or orange juice. The cocoa can also be used to make ground nuts or desiccated coconut. It`s a great recipe that can be varied hundreds of times.
