Chocolate Rice Porridge with Milk

Ingredients

  • Rice – 90 g
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp (50 g)
  • Vanillin – 1 pinch (to taste)
  • Banana – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary ingredients that will be needed to make chocolate rice porridge with banana. Add sugar to cold milk.
  2. Pour cocoa powder into milk.
  3. Mix the milk and cocoa well so that there are no lumps left. This can be done at low mixer speeds.
  4. Pour rice into the milk mixture.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Cook the chocolate rice porridge in milk for 30-35 minutes. At the very end, add vanillin to the porridge. To prevent the porridge from burning, it must be stirred frequently, especially when it begins to thicken.
  6. You can also use the second cooking method: boil the porridge for about 25 minutes (after boiling), then remove from heat, cover, and wrap with a towel. After that, let the porridge stand for another 20 minutes.
  7. The chocolate rice porridge is ready. Cut the banana into slices and spread on top of the porridge. Serving porridge for breakfast.
