Instructions

  1. Grind the oatmeal into flour. Mix with baking powder, chocolate chips and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Mix the quark and egg, add and knead everything into a dough. Shape the dough into eight rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or greased.
  2. Bake in the oven preheated to 160 ° C for about 30 minutes on the middle shelf.
