  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ cup oil
  • 0.5 ½ cup coffee, black

Instructions

  1. Either, as the recipe name suggests, shake all the ingredients together in a bowl with a tight-fitting lid, or stir vigorously with a wooden spoon.
  2. If you want even more chocolate, stir a cup of finely chopped chocolate into the batter.
  3. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet or in a large, flat baking dish.
  4. Slide into the middle rail of the oven.
  5. Baking time: approx. 60 min.
  6. Baking temperature: 180 degrees
