1. Mix the cocoa powder with a little soy milk or water. Put the soy milk in a tall container and stir in the cocoa pulp. Add sugar or sweetener to taste. Dust the guar gum over the cocoa milk and beat the mass with a hand mixer or hand mixer until it is a little firm and has a creamy consistency.
