Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 40 g semolina, preferably durum wheat semolina
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Chocolate grated as desired

Instructions

  1. Rinse a saucepan briefly with cold water, do not dry the inside. Pour the milk into the saucepan, add all the other ingredients and bring to the boil while stirring with the whisk. Then turn down the temperature a little and continue to simmer for another 3 - 4 minutes while stirring, or until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. Fill into plates, sprinkle with chocolate shavings and z. Serve with compote or applesauce. White chocolate chips look particularly decorative.
