Zucchini – 250 Grams
Butter – 120 Grams
Sugar – 160 Grams
Vanillin – 1 Gram

Directions
Prepare all ingredients. Remove the butter in advance and soften at room temperature.
Whisk soft butter, sugar and vanilla using a blender or mixer.
Add eggs and sour cream.
Whisk, add cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder.
Whisk again until smooth.
Add the zucchini grated on a fine grater. Squeeze it out of the juice well beforehand.
Add chopped chocolate.
Stir. The dough is ready.
Transfer the dough to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with semolina or flour
