Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 250 Grams
  • Butter – 120 Grams
  • Sugar – 160 Grams
  • Vanillin – 1 Gram
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Sour cream – 60 Milliliters
  • Flour – 175 Grams
  • Cocoa – 20 Grams
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Baking powder – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Chocolate – 100 Grams

Directions

  1.  Prepare all ingredients. Remove the butter in advance and soften at room temperature.
  2. Whisk soft butter, sugar and vanilla using a blender or mixer.
  3. Add eggs and sour cream.
  4. Whisk, add cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder.
  5. Whisk again until smooth.
  6. Add the zucchini grated on a fine grater. Squeeze it out of the juice well beforehand.
  7. Add chopped chocolate.
  8. Stir. The dough is ready.
  9. Transfer the dough to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with semolina or flour
  10. Bake at 180 degrees until cooked through. Then cool the cake on a wire rack, covering with a towel. You can leave it overnight.
  11. Before serving, decorate in any convenient way. I poured the top with chocolate icing and garnished with fresh raspberries. Chocolate sheet cake with zucchini is ready.
