  • 0.5 liter ½ cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 g merinue, crushed
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream. Mix the egg yolks and mix in. Coarsely mash the meringue and mix in. Beat egg whites and stir in carefully. Then stir in the chocolate chips. Depending on your preference, it can also be more or less chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and freeze.
