Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 300 g cream
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 point Dr. Oetker Paradise Cream (vanilla)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 200 g ladyfiners
  • a lot cocoa powder, instant (make 3 cups strong cocoa from it)
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream with the sugar, vanilla sugar and paradise cream until thick and creamy. Thoroughly stir in the mascarpone with the hand mixer.
  2. Soak the ladyfingers briefly in the strong cocoa and then place them in an appropriate shape with the sugar side down. Spread some cream on top and put another layer of ladyfingers on top. Proceed in this way until the cream and ladyfingers are used up. Finish with the cream and sift a thick layer of cocoa powder over it.
  3. Chill for approx. 3 hours before consumption - preferably overnight.
