Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g almond (s), round

  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 80 ml oil
  • 300 g buttermilk
  • 12 piece (s) confectionery (Toffifee)

Instructions

  1. Grease the muffin pan very well, otherwise the toffifee will stick very easily to the bottom.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, oil and buttermilk. Carefully stir in the flour, almonds, cocoa and baking powder. Pour the dough into the molds and gently press 1 whole Toffifee into each. It then sinks into the dough by itself during the baking process and is such a little surprise when eating.
  3. Bake at 160 ° C hot air for 20 minutes, then let rest briefly in the tray and remove immediately.
  4. Melt the couverture in a water bath and decorate the muffins with it as you like.
