  • 300 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 250 g round beef
  • 0.5 ½ broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, Italian, frozen
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water until firm to the bite. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cut the onion into rings and fry in a little oil. Add the tomato paste and roast briefly. Add the cherry tomatoes and fry briefly. Then add the minced meat and fry.
  2. Add the cream and season the dish with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Mix in the broccoli.
