I think many people cooked chopped steak according to the classic recipe or chopped steak with onions. The cue ball according to this recipe is prepared according to the same principle, but, as in each recipe, it has its own characteristics. Prepare beef cakes and serve with your favorite side dish for a delicious dinner.
Cook: 40 mins
Servings: 6
Ingredients
Beef – 500 g
Internal beef lard – 60 g
Eggs – 1 pc.
Milk – 50 ml
Vegetable oil (or special mixed fat) – 20 g
Butter – 20 g
Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon (to taste)
Greens (optional) – 0.25 bunch
Directions
Prepare food.
Peel the meat from the tendons and cut into pieces, pass through a meat grinder together with the beef lard.
Drive an egg into the minced meat.
Season with salt and pepper, add milk.
Mix everything thoroughly. If desired, add finely chopped greens to the minced meat. Beat the minced meat well.
Cut the resulting mass into round cakes.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add vegetable oil (or mixed fat).
Put chopped beef balls in a well-heated frying pan.
Fry the chops over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Then reduce heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes. To make sure it’s done, cut one meatball – the mince inside should be gray, not pink.
