Instructions

  1. First let the frozen spinach thaw. Then cut the onions into small cubes and the peppers and the chorizo into small pieces.
  2. Put the whipped cream and sour cream in a bowl and season well with the herbs mentioned above (except oregano).
  3. Cook the pasta in salted water either during preparation or afterwards.
  4. Now fry the onions in the pan with a good dash of frying fat / oil while squeezing and frying the garlic. As soon as the onions are nice and translucent and have a light brown, the peppers are added to the pan and steamed. When the peppers are almost soft, add the chorizo. Fry the whole thing briefly, then turn the heat down and then add the prepared sauce. Bring to the boil briefly and if necessary
  5. season to taste again. Finally, season with oregano to taste and add the thawed spinach leaves.
  6. If you like it a little spicier, you can also add pickled jalapenos. Gives the whole thing a little whistle.
