Ingredients

  • 15 g whole rain corn flakes (fiber flakes)
  • 15 g muesli with dried fruits
  • 1 apple
  • 80 g natural yourt (0.1-1% fat)
  • 1 dash milk

Instructions

  1. Wash the apple and cut it in half. Now cut out the apple casing and cut the halves into small pieces.
  2. Put the corn flakes, oatmeal, yoghurt and milk in a bowl and mix well. Healthy and rich in vitamins - a good start to the day!
