Chrissis Tuna Salad

Ingredients

150 g plain tuna in its own juice
5 tablespoon sour cream
6 cucumber (s), sour (gherkins)
2 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
2 teaspoons horseradish (cream)

For decoration:

Salad, (leaves) to taste
1 piece (s) tomato (s)

Instructions

Drain the tuna. Roughly chop the cucumber and place in the Quickchef along with the tuna and other ingredients. Stir a few times.
Without Quickchef, finely chop the tuna with a fork, finely chop the cucumber and capers. Mix with the other ingredients.
Finally, season the mixture with salt and freshly ground pepper. Finished!
Enjoy with a slice of pumpernickel (not included in the bill !!!).
