Instructions

  1. Finely mash the speculoos. This works best in a freezer bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Choose and fill 2 beautiful glasses. First a layer of biscuits, about 0.5 cm thick, so that the bottom is well covered. Then a layer of applesauce, then yogurt, until everything is used up. However, you should finish with yogurt, that looks best.
  3. Put the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 2 - 3 hours (if you like, overnight) and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving. Two roasted almonds on top also look good as a decoration (or Christmas cookies).

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
