Instructions

  1. Peel the well washed orange very thinly so that only the peel and not the white goes with it.
  2. Then squeeze the orange, this makes about 100 ml.
  3. Put the zest with the juice and the remaining ingredients in a wide-necked bottle. Close tightly and shake well. Place in a sunny place and let it steep for 14 days. Shake every now and then so that the rock candy dissolves.
  4. After 14 days, first strain the contents of the bottle and then filter twice (I use these long paper tea filters that can be folded down at the top).

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
