Christmas Café Au Lait

• 1 teaspoon coffee, ground
• 2 teaspoon cocoa powder, instant
• 2 cup water
• 2 tablespoon amaretto
• 2 cup milk, (skimmed milk if possible)

Instructions

1. Pour the ground coffee and the instant cocoa into the coffee filter of the coffee machine. Tip the water into the coffee machine and switch on the machine. In the meantime, heat the milk in the microwave. Pour the warmed milk into a milk coffee cup (Samson cup) and froth it up with a milk frother (e.g. the Aero-Latte, which I highly recommend). Add the amaretto and the fresh coffee.
