Ingredients

  • 1 bottle rum, brown
  • 2 cans condensed milk, sweetened (400ml)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet flavor, (natural bourbon vanilla flavor)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons gingerbread spice

Instructions

  1. Let the sugared milk in the cans simmer in a saucepan with water for approx. 2 1/2 hours. So that it doesn`t rattle in the pot, I always put the cans on a slightly larger washcloth.
  2. Let it cool down, open the can and mix the contents with all the other ingredients. This works best with a hand blender.
  3. Fill into bottles, let steep for 1 to 2 days and enjoy.
  4. I usually make double the portion because bottle open, bottle empty.
  5. The simple portion is about 1.2 liters.
