3 Mash the speculoos. Peel the apple and chop or grate.
Mix the quark, apple, speculoos, cinnamon and honey. Fill up with enough milk and stir until you are satisfied with the consistency yourself.
Mash the last speculoos and sprinkle over the quark. If you want, you can also add raisins and / or pieces of almonds to the quark.
